Client is an 83 year old female. She sought assistance with propane. She receives some federal, however very limited assistance. She called Prairie Opportunity on 3/28/17, “needing some gas”. The client was asked to come in at 9:00am the following morning. She arrived to the office at 7:45 am. After an investigation we found her to be in a dangerously hazard situation. She had been red tagged. After remedying the situation we ordered 200 gallons of propane, in addition to assisting her with her utility bill.
